    November 14, 2022 my neighbour punctured my sewer line. Bravo sent a shop vac for me to **** up water. I already attended to this with a friends vacuum. They came to reassess the next business day. My flooring had to be resent removed, contaminated freezer with rotten meat removed. I paid extra to have a bathroom established. They billed me for a sewer pump in April 2022. It was not ejected and in-service until May 2023. This item is still dysfunctional, I am unable to use my new bathroom, my flooring is not able to be established due to the continued sewage back up. This is very unhealthy for my family. Their contractor will not replace the sewer pump so they can continue with the repairs. Due to the continued back up my daughters new floor in her bedroom was damaged. Bravo came to look for the leak and destroyed her flooring. The overflowing sewage overflowed on my daughter in the shower, also damaging the new bathroom. This claim is not rectified and its now been two years. I pay insurance, they were given the job and it is incomplete. Their contractors are not standing behind her actions. And Bravo is not responding to me and my concerns. This needs to be completed as soon as possible. A lift pump full of contaminated water has forced my children to move upstairs and our house is still in shambles. Also outside repairs have not been completed either. Going through ******************** They indicate I have signed off on inside work. I signed off on an employees paperwork before he left Bravo services . I can provide photos to prove no completion outdoors or in. Please assist as soon as possible.

    Bravo says they have contacted ****** mechanical and the pump is not under warranty . It was billed April 2022 but not in service until may 2023 when it failed multiple times, is still not in operation and needs replacement!!!!
