  Still waiting.Contacted via ** ******* for a fix to a repair that didn't hold. They came out and seemed great but didn't look at the fix or schedule anything to do it. In the process I've made perfectly clear that I'm looking for a whole new roof in addition to the temporary (warranty) fix. Ghosted every time, and in the end they expected me to manage their time and hourly rate instead of managing their own business.

  We hired **** for a variety of jobs around the house which included a roof replacement, gutters/downspouts, basement windows, and outside insulation/siding.After the siding/insulation work was deemed "completed" in February, him and his team forgot to reinstall the gutters and downspouts we had purchased from them in the Fall among a number of other items. He quoted us expected rebates for doors and insulation, but due to the fact that they are not among the list of certified installers and the doors he chose didn't meet the minimum efficiency threshold, we received zero rebates.I tried getting a hold of him every week until nearly May with little luck. He claimed he couldn't get a hold of his gutter contact that performed the original installation, and we went without downspouts until nearly June.We are still waiting on a gutter guard to be reinstalled for the rear gutter and it's now September! I've tried calling, emailing, and texting and have had zero correspondence since May.He never made an effort to make a final review of the work once it was completed.

  Stay clear of this company. they don't clean up, nails everywhere, damaged gutters, when removing old shingles put nails and pieces of shingles in down spouts, change color of shingles to get rid of old stock they had without notifying home owner and when confronted said that homeowner lied about down spouts and nails in down spouts. The owner is definitely not an honest broker very sad

Further to that, we discussed the colour at time of install and you made the decision to proceed. We regret if there were any instances where nails or pieces of shingles were not fully cleared. However, I can assure you that our crew made every effort to clean up to the best of their abilities.As for the claim about damaged gutters and downspouts, I must clarify that we did not damage any property during our work. Our team takes great care to protect all parts of your home while performing any installations or repairs.Lastly, in our last conversation, you mentioned that you were very happy with the work completed.
