1-1 client coaching support services require 24 hours notice otherwise a 50% fee is billed to the client for time and lost potential to book another client into that time slot
Team/group coaching support requires 2 weeks notice prior to launch of online coaching or webinars otherwise a 50% fee is billed to the client for lost time and potential to book other clients as well as to cover preparation costs prior to a group online event or live event
Muse or Advanced Brain Technology supports are billed on a monthly basis and a damaged deposit (equal to replacement cost) is requested in advance. Should these technological supports come back damaged, then the DD is forfeited to cover cost for replacement of the technology. (i.e. Muse or ABT Listening Program)
