      If 0 stars is a option I would give them that. I had them come and clean my furnace ducts they did such a horrible job I had to get another company in 1 week after to re do the job properly. I took pictures and videos of them to prove to the manager and he did not believe me. I even asked him to come out and look at them after total vent was there and he refused to come look. I kept all the stuff that the new company came in after they re cleaned the vents properly it looked like total vent was not even there a week before and sent pictures to total vents manager he did not care. I asked for no charge for the very bad service. He threatened to take me to court.I left numerous messages and phone calls he would not return my calls. I ended up paying there bill. I said I was going to report to better business burrero to warn future customers about my experience he Also threatened to *** me for slander. I spoke with the better business burrero and asked if this is true they said its not slander if it's true and I can warn people about my experience. I would seriously recommend nobody EVER using this company in the future to get your air vents cleaned in the future EVER thank you for your time.
