I am a new owner who desired a seperate laundry unit from my basement unit so i contacted contacted ************** to help create a new laundry unit in my upstairs home and also reques the service of a reputable plumber they could work together. He recommended Johnson Plumbing and they began work. Force electric started with by creating an electric socket jn an area I picked in my kitchen as my preferred location of the washing machine on Dec 4, 2024 and he was paid $637. Johnson Plumbing came in on Dec 5 2024 and he quoted $750 deposit for material $750-1000 quote for material $1,500-2000 quote for labour depending on how he progressed. He was paid $750 on Dec 5 to begin work. On Dec 8, he reported that he had worked extensively on the spot but realized it was not feasible to proceed. So we need to start over and pick another spot to use. He recommended a space in the dinning area instead. Despite being upset about the mess that had been on the wall, I decided to proceed with his recommendation. I requested to know the entire task and cost of the bew spot as well as closing up the walls that had bren opened and no longer useful. He brought in a drywaller whom he claimed he knows well and advised the drywall finishing of old and bew spots will be $1000, while he will max out his matrial and labor cost ,and electrician will provide his new bill. Force electric came in to once again to move the electricals to the new location and charged an additional $307 on Dec 10, 2024, and plumber received additional $250 as material cost. He stated that his labor will be $2000, then began work. On Dec 13th, Johnson Plumbing reported ** had completed work and called in the drywaller to start their part. He requested payment saying its his birthday and he will send receipt once payment is made, thus I transfered $2,000. The drywaller started job and needed him to move the equipments but he stopped responding to our calls and messages after being paid. work remains incomplete.
