    I had a credit and went to the website and made an order and had to pay abit more to finish the order. Took my credit card info and money and I received an email saying my order was on the way and now NOTHING and that was months ago. I have attempted to email them and still nothing.

    I ordered some clothing from the company " Large Lad Clothing ". On May 9, 2024. I placed an order with this company for $103.03. The order # LLC-***** was the invoice. I then received an email on June18, 2024 stating " Your order can and will ship come the end of June. ** have run into some recent issues, but your products can and will ship, Thanks for your business and your 3 orders to date! "I never received anymore notifications after this email and have not been able to contact the company by phone or on the website. I would like the clothing or the refund for the product that never arrived.

    I placed an order online June 17, 2024. Prior to this, I received an email from the company, as I was on the mailing list, stating they were at risk of potential closing, were offering a sale, and they posted a GoFundMe page. I had $20 credit from a previous order, so thought I best use it. The following weeks I never received an email stating the item had shipped, I requested that the order be cancelled on June 28. I knew at this point it wasnt going to arrive on time for when I needed it for. Given that I am also in **, shipping should be fairly quick via Canada Post (not to mention their outrageous shipping costs). I never received a response, couldnt cancel it from the website. The GoFundMe page was still active (I did not contribute to this). I sent another email August 8th and no response. Today, August 29, I try to contact the company again and see the website is no longer active, the GoFundMe page is gone, and I seem to be scammed out of $67.36. Needless to say I am extremely frustrated and disappointed and want my money refunded.

    We are sorry for the delays in communication, the order shipping and or processing the refund. We are no longer in business and therefore can not process the refund back onto the credit card as our system is shut down.

    We still do have the option to send an EMT? Does this work for you?

    I ORDERED May 19th and mybordervwas delayed I contacted the company apologize for the DELAY and was promissed it would be shipped .The iteam never arrived and now the company has failed to answer any of my request. For a refund it has now been over 2 months and basically the company has stolen my money

    The buisness  contacted me to assure me thecwouls ship the iteams but missed thatvdays cut off .I have emailed them directly  as the promised tracking number was never provided to me and the buosness is once again ignoring  my email message in regards to the promised shipping of my order.

    Still waiting for resolution from this buisness.I has now been over 2 months with non refund or  no shipment. I don't believe **** buisness has any true intention in refunding or shipping my order. I have been promised over and over again I will receive myborder. I believe this buisness to be very dishonest and has no intention  on resolving this issue.

    After 3 months and the BBB help the vendor refunded my order.
