      While the office manager ******* was top knotch and embodied many five star qualities, we endured unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour from a mechanic. Firstly, our repair was quoted for $1800 (fuel pump), and an additional $700 if we got our brakes done too. We said wed wait to do the brakes. When we picked up our vehicle we were charged $2500. The reciept read as though someone worked backwards from $2500. However, the brakes were not done, but we were charged the combined price for both. BUYER BEWARE and get your quote in writing!!! I have never had a mechanic charge so much higher than the original quote. When we got our vehcicle back, our fuel gauge was not working. We would fill vehicle but it wouldnt read past 3/4. When we brought it back, the mechanic was visibly irritated and didnt maintain a professional decorum. He told us wed have to pay for the repair despite the fuel gauge being a component of the new fuel pump they had just installed. The office manager stepped in saying that of course its on them. Later the same mechanic called and was very hot-tempered as he shared his frustrations accusing us of lying about the fuel gauge not working. His tone was unprofessional and angry as he expressed his irritation with having to warranty his own work. There was an obvious disconnect between front and back of house in regards to integrity of service. The office manager has a keen business sense and strong relational skills to make this a trusted business in the community however, *** ******** ** ***** **** *** ** ******** ** ****** ** ****** ** ***** ** **** ******* *** ********** *** ****** ******** ******** ** *** ****** ******

      If you purchase the car from here please take it to a trusted mechanic I have had my car for 6 months and it's been nothing but a nightmare since I bought it
