    So I sent my 2001 ****** legacy in for some mechanical work Wednesday July 03 2024. They assessed the front right wheel bearing was bad. I dropped the car off for 830 am friday July 19. While it was there they claimed my power steering hose was loose and leaking profusely. (It wasn't and hadn't been as I'd changed the steering rack back in may and had been monitoring the fluid level), and on top of it all both front fenders have matching hard dents in them from either the tech leaning against them or something else that they did. I called them Saturday the 20th and left a message. Monday they called and defered to someone else who never called me to discuss the issue. I stopped in there today ( Friday the 26th of July) and talked with them only for them to lie to me twice about where they were working. (And they told me to pound sand and that I was trying to scam them and to never return again.) Claimed to have never opened my hood and yet they refilled the lost steering fluid. Nor to making the mess of spilt fluid. They also claimed to not have made the matching dents in my fenders which were not there prior to their working on the vehicle. Also I park on concrete at home and I have zero dripped fluids there. they even had the ***** to claim that the dents look more like I ran into another vehicle. Yet my front end isn't damaged aside from their dents. these guys are liars and make claims to cover their techs mistakes. I have done a video documentaction on sunday July 21/24 covering the dents and claimed leak and my sound reasons as to why I believe them to be lies and how I believe they have failed as a company and do not actually hold true to their claimed values As stated on their website. This is not my first bad experience with the company either. Last bad experience was 10+ years ago.

    july 3rd 2024 the vehicle came in for a icbc claim , car was not diagnosed as a front wheel bearing , it was a left lower ball joint , customer was denied claim from icbc cause no evidence was found or verified by icbc of any accident .. customer returned [ july ******* ] and had us replace left lower ball joint and perform wheel alignment ... customers vehicles power steering [ flared fittings in steering rack ] leaked all over our parking lot , the power steering was never touched by us beforehand .. we re tightened the flared fittings and refilled the system free of charge ... Customer had installed his own steering rack , .. .. we never claim to have not opened the hood as we had to refill the power steering revivor at the front of the car , not on the fenders . as we only worked on the left side under the car , it would be impossible to make matching dents on both sides of the vehicle... [ customer had stated he popped out the dent on the passenger side himself ] customer was extremely rude and out of control with front end staff and technicians ... customer was trying to scam icbc and then tried to scam us for damage we did not do . . customer never mentioned any dents when he picked up car and he would have walked right by them ... we also have rocord going back to 2003 and have no reccored of *********************** as a customer ..
