    They have a great installation crew. They arrived on time, and each member introduced themselves and got busy installing the heat pump.
    Like a well-oiled machine, each member of the crew started working on their portion of the install and it was completed right on schedule. While Chris showed us how to use the new thermostat the rest of the crew was busy cleaning up the work areas and packing up their tools.
    The work areas were so clean you would never know there was work done there.
    Highly recommend Coastal if you need a heat pump or any heating or cooling work.
    Love our new heat pump. It's very quiet and heating our house great. Looking forward to it cooling the house next summer.

    We have used Coastal Energy for our heat pump installation and home maintenance needs. The projects are on time and on budget. We've had multiple years dealing with Coastal and it has been consistently excellent service. The office staff and technicians are professional, knowledgeable and so very helpful. We certainly recommend Coastal Energy.

    Everyone I have dealt with at Coastal Energy, from my initial quote to installation and follow-up, has been very professional including the Den Mar electrician. Staff have been very knowledgeable, quick, efficient and very customer-oriented. The installation was hassle free, and when the crew left I felt I had been fully briefed on how to use my heat pump and was given a complete walk around the installation.     We found Jay, who came to service our heat pump, very knowledgeable and professional. He was very patient in explaining things to us. Also, he was prompt in providing information to us that evening when he was back at his office.
    This year was the first we used Coastal Energy Ltd. and we are happy we found them. We will be using their services in the future.
    Anybody looking for heating and air conditioning work should give Coastal Energy a try.

    Angelo's knowledgeable, no-bull style and fair pricing was all I needed to know that I would trust Coastal Energy to follow through with the installation of our Fujitsu Halcyon system. His team of tradesmen, headed up by Devon, completed this project and showed professional, quality work ethic during the whole job. Delmar Electric AL and Scott supported with professional expertise. I'm happy with my decision to make Coastal Energy my heat pump supplier.

    Coastal Energy installed my heat pump two years ago. The salesperson who came out listened to my needs and lifestyle and recommended which unit to purchase. The installation crew was on time, neat and tidy, and efficient. They explained the unit to me well. The unit works well, my energy bills have shown a significant reduction. I purchased the 3-year maintenance plan. For these first two years, I have received a reminder to book the annual appointment. Scott has arrived on time, been friendly and efficient, questioned me about the efficiency of the unit and if there were any issues or anything I didn’t understand. The office staff is also friendly and efficient. A company worthwhile recommending!
