Coastal Energy has proved to be very reliable and knowledgeable. Their staff make sure the customer is happy with their equipment and ensure that any questions have been answered in full. Staff are pleasant and efficient, and visits are carried out with a minimum of disruption.

The team and service are top notch. I am glad you guys still care enough to provide great service to residential customers as opposed to just aiming for the big commercial projects. From my first contact with the office, Angelo's first visit, new furnace installation to the service today with Scott I have been very pleased with my decision to go with Coastal Energy. Coastal Energy staff is very efficient and helpful. Scott solved the issue with our heating system. He was thorough, pleasant and respectful of my home. Every visit from Coastal Energy has been a good experience. I have recommended Coastal Energy to many of my neighbors and would not hesitate to do so again. What a great experience we had with Coastal Energy! From the initial consultation with Angelo to the whole crew of very experienced and kind technical staff. They made it all so easy for us and completed everything on time and made sure we were comfortable with the operation of our new equipment which all purrs so nice compared to our old clunker! Service was on time, efficient and courteous. Work performed was explained in full and there was never any attempt to up-sell me to unnecessary work. The bill was close to what I was quoted over the phone, so nice to have no surprises. I have used the company before and will again!Coastal Energy Ltd.
