Our Mini split heat pump was installed by Coastal Energy two years ago. Works very efficiently and keeps our house warm and cool. Excellent service and follow up. Answered all our many questions. A knowledgeable young man did a great job with the annual maintenance this fall.Coastal Energy Ltd.

Excellent customer service! From start to finish each person we dealt with at Coastal Energy explained the process to us and worked with us on each step of the installation of a ductless mini split. They were more than patient when we wanted to modify the placement on the outside of the house and provided us with options and timelines. We would highly recommend Coastal Energy.Coastal Energy Ltd.

If you want quality and experts and professionals call Costal Energy Nanaimo. Angelo came to our home to give us an estimate for a new heat pump. I didn’t know much about heat pumps. Angelo went over and above to be sure we knew what we were purchasing and what would work best for our home. After excepting his quote the crew was at my home for the install which went without a glitch, the service they provided was excellent professional again over and above. I love the staff at Coastal Energy. My last experience was my first and yearly check up on my new heat pump was so fun and helpful with extra info I didn’t know. Thanks Scott, you are amazing. And he loved all three of my Boston pups as he has one as well!!!Coastal Energy Ltd.

Initially I got good advice from the fellow who came to do the assessment/quote.
Secondly the service visits have been detailed and informative.

From the initial visit to the final run through after the installation, the Coastal Energy team that set up my ductless heat pump did an exceptional job.
