    I am the ***** of ******** and health representative for my 96 year-old great uncle. In 2022 my great uncle used the services of Shylo Home Healthcare from January 1 to September 30, for which he paid an average of $10,500 per month. Ive decided to contact the Better Business Bureau about unnecessary delays with receiving an income tax receipt from Shylo for the services my uncle received and for which he promptly paid.Since February 22, I have called and left six voicemails for *********************, the President of Shylo, and received no response. I have also sent *********** four emails which her reception staff acknowledged receiving when I called Shylo to confirm receipt, but again, my request was not answered.Shylo is not following through with their responsibilities of providing tax receipts after repeated requests, and time is running out to obtain the information. I plan to seek whatever assistance the ****** ************** might offer as I wish to avoid my uncle having to pay any interest on his taxes if he files late as a result of this unreasonable delay.February 22: Called Shylo, spoke with ****, informed that tax receipts will be sent out by February 28. March 14: Called Shylo, spoke with ****, informed that tax slips were sent out to incorrect recipient. I emailed Shylo POA documents, called again and was told the email was received and forwarded to ******. March 16: Called Shylo, spoke with ****, was assured that ****** was going to call. March 22: Follow up email to ******. March 24: Voicemail left for ******. March 29: Called Shylo, spoke with ****, left voicemail with ****** and a follow up email which **** confirmed was forwarded to ******. March 30: Called Shylo, left ****** another voicemail. Called a 2nd time, spoke with **** who would relay my request for communication to ******. March 31: Called Shylo, spoke with **** and explained the urgency of the situation. April 5: Email to ******. April 12: Left ***** another voicemail.

    Please be advised that the all Tax Receipts including the 2022 was sent to the *** we have on file earlier this year. *************** was the person who hired our services and the person we always communicated with. We were advised by the lawyers that he remained the appropraite person to communicate with.
