    This company is completely unprofessional and their head real estate agent/landlord Vijay Singla should be stripped of her license to do any business due to her negligence and shady business conduct. She does not follow any of the tenancy branch rules and regulations as a landlord and will lie, cheat and steal from you during the tenancy process from start to finish. This company and especially ***** Singla herself will make false promises in order to collect your money to get you into a place so they can keep your damage and pet deposits and then soon after the harassment, lying and manipulation begins to make you move out of your place and even lock you out of your place and throw all your belongings outside to get stolen or broken!! Please beware to anyone thinking about dealing with this company! They operate like they are above the law and even spy on their tenants and will stoop to nothing in order to achieve some immediate monetary gain. I hope this complaint helps someone from not making the mistakes I made deciding to rent from them. They like to prey on people who are vulnerable because they are desperate for a place to live so they make a lot of promises to try to win your trust and then they stab you in the back the first chance they can and rob you of a place to live so that they can get new people in to rent off them for an even higher rent then what you paid!! Its sickening and I pray that hopefully karma will make them pay in the end??

    They are very dishonest persons and will try to take every penny from you. We rent a house for a year, made our maximum to make it looks better (painting for free...). She is now trying to keep our deposit for a few screw holes in the walls.
