    I have bought ****** **** 2014 for almost 13000 Cad. After two days Engine Check Soon light appeared. I brought the car to the mechanic and after full car check he has provided me with a report which showed that there is a Turbocharger malfunction. The charges of repairing or replacing are extremely high. I notified Variety Auto, and they sent me to their own mechanic. After few attempts to confirm the issue, their mechanic was unable to say something clear except “* ***** ********* *** ** ****** *** ***”. I was trying to find peaceful solution, but dealer just offer me to trade the car for 9300 Cad and their manager (or even owner) was quite rude and aggressive during our communication trying to put the blame on me as a customer. As a result, I lost my money and time. I would strongly NOT RECOMMEND buying any car here. Those guys as licensed dealer must provide customer with the full information about vehicle condition. I have already filed a complaint to the ******* ***** ********* of BC.

    Hi there,

    We have been in touch with the client for a whiled been trying to resolve the issue. The car she purchased has a minor issue that the age and price of the vehicle will justify that. But she is expecting to pay for a used car and get the quality of a brand new one.

    Since our main goal at Variety Auto Sales is customer satisfaction, we decided to take the car back a from her and trade it in with a different car. 

    The attached is the screenshot of the last few emails we had, showing the agreement to bring the car back to trade it in with another car.
