    Several weeks ago, I entered into a verbal agreement with Sixwheels Garage Inc., represented by **************** to purchase a vehicle. Previously, Mr. *** voluntarily assisted me in selling my old car but later refused to transfer the sale proceeds to me. Instead, he proposed applying those funds toward the purchase of another vehicle he was offering. I accepted the proposal and paid the full market value for the new vehicle.With ***************** we went together to ***** to transfer my insurance to the new vehicle. I requested a change of ownership at that time, but Mr. *** postponed it, citing pending tax and insurance matters. He then personally handed me the keys, and I took lawful possession of the car, which I have continued to hold since that day.Throughout the process, I acted in good faith, believing that the transaction was finalized. However, Mr. *** has recently attempted to reclaim the vehicle without offering any refund and has falsely accused me of theft. I firmly state that the vehicle was not stolen. It was delivered to me as part of a mutually agreed-upon sale.I possess clear evidence of the payment, including records showing the sale proceeds of my previous vehicle were deposited into ***************** I also have documented communications confirming the terms of the agreement and the delivery of the car. I am fully prepared to provide all relevant materials and cooperate as needed to protect my legal rights and property.
