    Been coming here for years with many different cars.
    Everything was good until they cut one of my wires from doing an oil change. They cut my wire under the oil filter cap.
    Because of the cut wire is fried my computer and killed my A/C.
    Had to take it to GM for them to fix it.
    $2000.00 later and a week of not having my car, everything was fixed by GM.
    When I called Mobile 1 Garrison said "most likely there insurance will cover it, because I'm a loyal customer"
    Then I got an email with so many points why they didn't do it.
    Good to know this is how they treat "loyal customers"
    Garrison or owner has not attempted to respond to legitimate complaints.
    And Garrison was always on "vacation".
    4 months later they don't want to talk to me and are refusing that they made any damages to my car. GM paper work shows the wires were damaged because of the oil change.
    I should have never brought my car to them in the first place.
    Never coming back again and recommending all my friends to stay away.
