On September 13, 2024, Vancouver Daoxiangcun came to the attention of BBB through our scam report. At that time the consumer allegedly purchased a bag from the company and be given an email confirmation from Vancouver Daoxiangcun that payment was received but did not get the product.
On September 16, 2024 BBB contacted the company to obtain updated information including a contact person, their start date, a brief description of products or services they offer, and any current licensing they have in place. In addition we requested a clarification on their refund policy if a customer purchases a product through the company but did not receive it. To this date, BBB has not received a response to our request for information.
On October 4, 2024 BBB also attempted to contact Vancouver Daoxiangcun by calling (672) 877-2258. BBB left a voicemail for Vancouver Daoxiangcun but as of October 17, 2024 has not heard back from the business.
