      This review is for the ************** location in ************ on Sept 8, 2024 between 2:55PM to 3:45PM.I had just entered the fruit and vegetable stand section past the automatic swinging doors where the buggies were located. After getting my buggy, I proceeded a few steps along the narrow aisle. I noticed many customers were in the aisle and adjacent aisles with much congestion. I then took a minute to stop and observe to wait until it was my turn to proceed. Suddenly, either from the front or side someone shoves my cart forward with a jolt. I then heard "excuse me" in a heavy Chinese accent. It was an employee with a wheeled stand loading fruit or vegetables earlier. I am guessing he had finished and was rudely trying to communicate to me I was in his way by shoving me cart.I saw through my peripheral vision that he was a few inches taller than me. I didn't look at him nor say anything but instead just tried to move forward as soon as I could. For the rest of that trip and for the evening when I got home. I felt upset. I reasoned that the employee had acted disrespectfully, rudely and lacked social etiquette by shoving a customer's cart then saying excuse me to pretend to be courteous.

      ************************ Aug 25, 2024 5pm- 6pm We went there to buy ready to eat food and after paying at self check out , we looked for utensils to use. The open top cubby was empty ( no spoon, fork, chopsticks with only few tissue paper) . At the bottom they have a box full of chopsticks inside, we reached down to get two , Suddenly we heard a voice saying "Do you know how to read?" We were being observed by the employee assigned at the self checkout. He pointed out to the written post that we're not allowed to get something inside and we should ask for an employee. Instead of anticipating help for paying customers, he decided to just watch and asked mean question. There were other customers who heard his comments and we argued back to him. This incident shouldn't have happened if this employee was given proper customer care training and cutleries were replenished. After us, there were three other customers who reached down and tried to open the door just to get their cutlery and we're stopped by the same employee ( not wearing name tag) When I asked for his name, he said go to the customer care they know my name. Suggestions for *************** cubby should be replenished promptly as you have dining service. Remove the note that says asked for an employee as they're not available all the time. ******* employee about how to provide good customer care service. Provide name tags for your employees No customer should feel belittle just for taking care of their own need because the service ***** provided in this branch is very poor

      The refer a friend promotion is fake and cheating.After I have done all the required, actually, I did online order twice, instead of one per the request, but I didn't receive the promised reward.The customer service is poor, provided all the details in the chat, with long waiting, but no answer, no one pick up the phone, luckily email works.After emailing, I got a coupon. but it is not the $10 promised in the term and condition. It is another bait, I have to spend another $59+, to get this $10, and it is only only, I went to the store, but couldn't use this coupon.When I do online order, I have to pay handling fee and shipping fee. There is an option for Free, if I order $59+, but if I choice that option, I can't use the coupon.So the whole thing is cheating and fake...

      The online shopping experience with this store was absolutely dreadful. When your delivery personnel lack basic respect, it directly ***** your brand reputation and increases customer turnover. The base line should be to refrain from yelling at a customer, especially over a trivial matter like using a last name for intercom, instead of a first name (which was already indicated on the package). There's no need to lecture about the possibility of shared last names; in this specific building, that's not the case. Furthermore, there's no justification for persisting in shouting after a simple explanationasserting dominance through raised voices doesn't make one righteous or more masculine.

      Location of complaint is ** ****** *** Vancouver, BC *** ***. Went to buy groceries, was immediately followed by ******* ******* loss prevention officer. He was targeting ********* consumers. Starts to follow me and watch me all over the store,by, standing 2 feet from me, or behind me making me nervous and asking are you buying that, and do you have money? I am a retired Canadian Forces, i told him and asked why he is asking personal questions and following. Oh no no i was just doing my job, then he starts to put his hands into my basket and look around at what i was buying? I told him to get this hands out of my basket and then he says i dont want you to buy from here. He also spoke to another employee ** ******* and they both began to laugh at me. I left the store and i am considering charging him. I have also witnessed him discriminate other ************* **** ** ***** ******** ************ **** ********** ***** *******. I have spoken to other consumers and they also have been ******** by this individual. I want this person fired immediately or i will seek ******** charges on t&t/ employee responsible. Also looking for others for class action law suit. This made me feel less of a person and uncomfortable. It is wrong!!!!

      Went to the Newley opened Lougheed location. Address: ************************************************************************ As it was our first time visiting the new location and not knowing where everything was. We kindly asked assistant from one of the worker for direction. The worker totally ignored my mother and gave my mom an attituded. Calling my mother " Crazy"..... This is unacceptable in any customer service environment. Been shopping with T&T since early ****s and we felt the level of basic customer has gone down dramatically. I would not recommend going to this location. And hopefully their training will improve after this incident.

      This is the second time that half of my order was cancelled, to make it worse, all the things I needed were cancelled! They claim to have some products in stock but in reality they dont have them, those missing items are baits so they can collect the $4 service fee and tips, also sell all the items they cant get rid of. TNT SUPERMARKET: Dont list item that are sold out on the website, no one should pay for your inventory issues, don't charge for services you are unable to provide. at least provide the option to cancel the whole order if you are missing majority of the items wasted my time and energy, i ordered online order and now i have to go to store anyways which is ridiculous If you charge me the service fee for the service you didn't provide, you are a ****

      I ordered a pack of pork belly with online orders trusting in the reputation of ***'s for providing quality products. Regrettably, what I received was far from satisfactory.************** delivered to me was egregiously fatty. While I appreciate that pork belly naturally contains fat, the product I received was excessive and, frankly, unsuitable for consumption. It's clear that this piece of meat would never be chosen by a discerning customer in-store, which makes me question the quality standards applied to your online offerings.I suggest everyone stay away from this business, at least the online shopping channel, as they are just trying to grab your money without providing the product and service you deserved.

      I'm so surprised that it's extremely difficult to ****** pickup instructions for online orders of T&T Supermarket Inc. I cannot find any pickup processes on their website and app. ******** **** have those kind of information, **** ***** also have those, ******** have those, even a small home based business have those! That made me so tired to communicate among their customer service, ecommerce and the shop online department.
