    Today, I have parked in the vicinity of the business, unbeknownst to me, as there are no sign on the parking lot, the lot belonged to this company. Upon my return a car was blocking my way. It had no plate numbers on. Some people on the parking refereed me to this car dealership for my inquiry. As I opened the door and asked if they were the owners of the car blocking my exit, I was met with extreme hostility, being told to get out of their business and that they dont care to speak to me. I had never experienced such rudeness and disregard to respond to my questions. The owner and three other employees who are young people initially refused to explain the reasons for not removing the car, using angry and improper language. Then they told me that this land was private and the parking was private and that need to be able to read. The business is situated in a small Plaza shared with the few other business. I didnt mind paying for the parking, I didnt mind that I made a mistake, I dont even visit ******** often. But I was refused any suggestions and met with silent treatment. At this point I called the Police. A secretary was given a hand gesture to remove the car. And I was able to leave.I was advised by **** to call you or leave a complaint.I would like to report this business and very unprofessional, prejudiced and unsafe.
