On June 11th 2022 I purchased a 2017 **** ******* FWD North over the phone with a sales rep "Jad" at Foundations Squamish. My major reasons of buying a new vehicle was to find something safe for my family and without damage (cosmetic or mechanical) I expressed this clearly to Jad at Foundations over the weeks we were looking at vehicles. Jad failed to tell me that the vehicle I was purchasing had body damage to the front drivers side and front passenger side, damage to the touch screen and scratches in the screen frame, scratches through most of the exterior paint, tires that had large chunks missing and were "shredded" scratches on the rear, and scratches on the front drivers side light housing. The vehicle arrived at my house, after they told me it was being cleaned smelling, like BO, green algae growing around the seals and black stains on the celling. They refused to take it back. The tires were in such bad condition I refused to drive it, sales manager Allen arranged to have $1500 sent to me to replace the tires, he failed to call me at the times he promised, that resulted in me calling/messaging repeatedly for an update. Once I recieved the money 5 days after promised. I drove the dangerous vehicle from Mission to *** **** in Chilliwack where they replaced the tires and let me know the front inner tie rod ends need to be replaced immediately. In this time I also learned the gas tank would not accept gas from automated pumps, it would activate bubble stop every time I triggered the handle to pump gas. This was not covered under warranty however I refused to pay the repairs when I should have been sold a car that accepted gas from the start. They took 3 months to repair the gas and the front inner tie rods. During this time the loaner car I received had a coolant leak, they sent the vehicle to another dealership who fixed the issue and called me to pick the vehicle up 2 days later. A week after that when I got my ******* back the gas issue was still not fixed.

***** ******* approached Foundation Squamish Chrysler to purchase a vehicle off of our website. At the time, our used inventory on our website was the squamish locations used vehicles as well as our sister store's - Foundation North Vancouver. She inquired on the specific 2017 **** *******, which was in our sister stores inventory. We offered her some alternate options that were in our inventory, however Megan outright refused stating that she was only interested in purchasing this used *******, and was very adamant. The vehicle had > 15 photos online covering the entire interior and exterior, which Megan had viewed prior to purchasing the vehicle. We accommodated her wishes and brought the vehicle in for her and completed the sale.  The detailing and used vehicle inspection were both completed by foundation north vancouver. The vehicle had passed the safety inspection as was retail ready. Megan had concerns with the tires, so we purchased new ones for her. We filled up the vehicle prior to delivery, and had no issues pumping gas. However, we brought the vehicle back and proceeded with the repair for the tie rods and fueling issue. She was given a brand new **** ******** as a service loaner while we were waiting on parts. Service order ****** was completed >$4,000 cost to us, not including the tires. Several weeks after she had the service loaner, it sprung a coolant leak, of course which we paid for. Her ******* was returned to her, and she got more work done at ******* ******** shortly after, which we also paid for. It is unfortunate when customers expect brand new condition, on a 5 year old vehicle which was purchase at a significantly lower price than new. All said and done, we have replaced her tires/tie rods/battery/fuel tank/fuel neck to accommodate her wishes. It is unfortunate when we go above and beyond and receive comments like this.  Attached is service order ******, which does not include the new tires, and the new fuel neck.
