    A warning to all people doing any business with this stealership. We put a deposit on a vehicle early Monday morning after looking at it on Sunday. When the dealership took our deposit it was made clear to them that we would test drive the vehicle once it had undergone a safety inspection as the vehicle had just been traded in, and it was made clear that we would be away for eight days and would complete deal at that time.They said it would be several days to run the vehicle through the shop anyway so that was fine and they agreed to those terms.Later that afternoon we received a text from one of the sales managers saying we had 48 hours to make a decision....yet the car was not drive able as brakes were steel on steel according to the inspection report they sent earlier in the day.When we called to question this as it wasn't the agreed upon terms, they said they have someone from ******** that wanted the car. The next morning we spoke to him and he said the car was being worked on and we told him we have a trusted friend that will come and test drive the vehicle and if it was ok we would complete the deal. About 1pm Tuesday we called to see if vehicle was ready to drive. They said no and likely wouldn't be until the following day.The next thing that happened is they called us to say that we are selling the car to the people from ********?! I asked him to justify breaking the agreement and he said the people from ******** didn't need a test drive!As both sales managers at this dealership are from ******** area, it is likely they knew the people from ********, maybe friend or family?.Bottom line, this is the worst dealership experience ever. And to do it in a small town where our family has been for more than 6 decades is just a sad statement as the how unprofessional and deceitful the dealership *****, protect yourself from the deceptive practices of this dealership and take you hard earned money elsewhere as they do not honour any agreement they enter.
