      We purchased the vehicle on March 8, 2025 at 6:30pm from Big Block ******. We were told upon purchasing the vehicle that it didnt need anything at all aside from a new backup camera. We were told all maintenance, including oil and fluids were done and everything was running as it should. By the time we had insured the vehicle it was 8:30pm. As we started our hour and a half drive home I drove with our baby in my Tesla behind my fianc who was driving the new vehicle. I had to call him to get off at the next exit because I was getting hit with HEAVY smoke coming from the car and an odour of burning oil. When we stopped we noticed that since driving the airbag light, the tire pressure system light and the oil light had all come on. We were only about 20 minutes into our drive home when this occurred. We pulled into a parking lot and checked the oil, the dipstick was dry. Once the oil was topped up we continued our drive. The smoking had stopped and the oil light turned off, but the airbag light and tire pressure system light remained on. We had parked the vehicle for a couple days. It wasnt until the third time we went to use the car that the check engine light has appeared. As soon as the light appeared I messaged the dealership asking for suggestions on what we could do or if they had any idea what was causing these lights to come on. I was instantly met with accusing us of poor driving, overheating the car, etc. then they blocked me. This exchange happened March 20, 2025. Today; March 25, 2025 we decided to accept our losses and bring the car to a local dealership to trade it in for another used vehicle. Unfortunately we got the news that they could not accept our vehicle on a trade because the car needed a whole new engine and had 21 codes pop up when they ran a diagnostic. They had advised us to reach out to the dealership for a refund and give back the car due to the issues. Instantly they went to blaming us and refuse to refund us.
