    Better Business Bureau Subject: Complaint Against A1Doors for Incorrect Door Frame and ************ Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against A1Doors regarding the extremely poor service and incorrect products received in a recent order in 5/30/24.Initially, A1Doors delivered a door frame that was the wrong size, causing significant inconvenience. After this error, it took over three weeks for them to send a replacement. However, the replacement door frame was also incorrect and unpainted.This sequence of errors and delays has been highly frustrating and has severely disrupted our plans. We had to cancel our family vacation because we could not leave our home without a secure front door frame installed.I have contacted A1Doors multiple times to resolve this issue, but they have not responded. This level of service is unacceptable. I demand an appropriate response and resolution to this issue immediately.I hope the Better Business Bureau can help mediate this situation and ensure that A1Doors addresses and resolves these issues promptly.Thank you for your assistance.Sincerely,***

    This person that has submitted this complaint is living in the **. Our customer that placed the order here and signed on our terms is a contractor. The person's home is ********************* father. We have already reached out to the contractor who is our customer that placed to order here. Thank you.

    Thank you for your response. I am acting on behalf of my father, who is working directly with the contractor in regards to this case. Unfortunately, the contractor has poor English and has asked me to step in and mediate. Has a resolution been reached with the contractor directly? If so, please let me know what the outcome is and I am happy to close this case. I have yet to hear a direct response in regards to the final resolution through email from the gentleman that I have been communicating with, ***********************. Again, if there has been a resolution made directly with the contractor, please let me. Thank you.
