BBB requested substantiations on the claims and the business locations.

BBB’s Code of Advertising states, in part 1. Basic Principles of the Code :
1.1 The primary responsibility for truthful and non-deceptive advertising rests with the advertiser. Advertisers should be prepared to substantiate any objective claims or offers made before publication or broadcast. BBB also reached out to Goodfreight Transport with letters on January 7, 2022 and January 25, 2022 to receive substantiations on their claims.

As of March 18, 2022, the BBB has not received any response to the requested information and the website https://goodfreighttrans.ca/index.html   is suspended.
