    Technician came and check the parts what they need to fix our kitchen hood and they charge the service fee and the deposit (half price of the order parts) and told me it might take up to 3 month. And he never got back to me for 4 month everytime i text or call to see if the parts arrived. He finally got back to me saying the part is no longer supported after 4month and did not reply back when i ask for refund the money. Its waste of our time and money and so stressful when there is not a following updates regarding the parts. I asked the part information and tracking numbers so i can keep on track, he is just keep ignoring and not giving me any information. If you took the service fee and deposit money, should be able to provide at least what part you ordered so the customer doesn't have to feel so worried. I understand sometimes it takes long time to get the parts, but just handling this matter was so unprofessional and hes not replying back and not refund the money. My family has been not be able to use kitchen hood from august till December.. now i have to find some other company to fix, so waste of time

    Called for services mid -September. Came a few days later. Charged $100.00 for the visit and it would be applied to required repairs (if any) with a 3 month warranty. Cost of the visit and repairs came up to $180.00. Told me it was fixed and that I had a 3 month warranty. . Tried the washer the next day.. did not work. Called 3 times. was told he would get back to me or would be over the next day.. Tech never showed, called nor rescheduled. Finally got him back mid-October to again be told he would be back the next day with another tech to ensure he was right. Again, no show, no calls nor rescheduling. Finally gave up and having another repair person fix it. Felt ignored and disrespected. Felt I spent $180.00 for nothing and the warranty not being honoured. Kmanis K**** in need of training in appliance repairs as well as better business practices.

    A reply from Olduvai stated they would be over on Saturday, October 29th, 2022 to fix the washing machine. I was never contacted to set a time nor to make any changes as.. technicians from Olduvai Plumbing & Appliance Repair never showed up.
