    Absolute terrible experience and treatment from this company! I requested a ride to a specific address for my 87-year-old mother and got the notice that the driver would be there in 1 minute. I called my mother and told her the car and license plate. She went downstairs to meet the river. the driver went to a different address and completed the ride without her! She waited out front of her apartment for almost 20 minutes confused, wondering where he was. She went back upstairs to call me. I was shocked she was still home! I checked the app and the ride was completed! I also added a tip while the ride was in motion (GPS). I requested a second car and called her with the NEW car and license plate when I got the ******** notice. That driver cancelled the ride!! so she went downstairs looking for a specific car and plate, but no one was there! I had to request a third car! While she was still waiting (I could not contact her) a NEW driver stopped, with a different car and plate! I called the driver and requested he have him use speaker phone so I could tell my mother she could get in that car with a different plate than what I told her! She was frustrated, confused, and scared! She FINALLY got to her destination. I tried to submit a dispute for the first fraudulent ride and Lyft said I requested the ride so I'm out of luck even though I was billed for a ride from a DIFFERENT ADDRESS than what I requested! So it is my fault? No apologies, nothing. It's not the dollar amount even though it's theft, it's the trauma and terrible experience they put my mother through! I often get her a ride when it is very cold, hot, etc, she says she does NOT want to ever use a service like this again after that experience! So I was charged for TWO rides and my mother was put through this terrible experience and no apologies from Lyft. Just an awful experience overall. The worst.
