Bought a used car from this dealership and have had severe car problems to not having my car turn on at all and they say they have fixed it but havent and Im still having issues only had my car for a couple months as this is my second car and first car I bought from a dealership Im absolutely torn and have no idea where to start but Im hoping this will reach you guys. -Sold water damaged/leaking car from dealership. -Giving me the run around about fixing when its only been 30 days since purchase. -Car is 5 years old (2019) and holds 1 or 2 inches of water in the floor. -Lack of communication from management -Lack of empathy during the situation as it could become a health problem (MOLD)-Extremely unprofessional -I do not want the leak fixed when entire interior is being ripped out by dealership due to water damage - It cannot be fixed when its been wet that long and put back in my car. -A new car would be fair deal in exchangeBusiness Response

I am rejecting this response because:Regardless, i was sold a 5 year old car that leaked water excessively - the car had to be sent to a body shop to be welded! After i was told its not a big job, i had a loaner car for a week and was given it with 1/4 tank of gas to boot. Very un professional and i want the complaint the stay on their record.

I am disheartened to know that Mr. ***** is unpleased with us fixing all of his concerns. As much as we would love to switch Mr. ******* vehicle, his current credit situation prevents us from doing so. We hope that in 12 months, as we informed Mr. ****** he is able to come in & trade the vehicle for a newer one. In the meanwhile, if Mr. ***** has any more concerns with his current vehicle, we are here 7 days a week to address any concerns.

I am rejecting this response because: of course I am still upset, I was sold a leaking car off of a dealership lot! Thats absurd and should NEVER happen. Wasted time and money driving to and from the dealership to deal with this issue. When I signed my papers with finance I was told 6 months not 12 months. Im assuming that changed like the contract saying less than $2000 damage they wanted me to change after being signed.
Not a professional dealership, the points against or whatever it is with BBB deserves to stay on their file. Would not recommend.

*** **** * *********, bought a **** fusion $34,000 in payments and the transmission went after 1 year and was $8000 to replace as hybrid. Couldn't ******. Took back to dealer who gave $9000 trade in and added the amount to the car and over charged the new car by $10,000. Sold me a *** 2020 with nearly 100,000km on it and smelt of gas. Everything in it is broken and the engine light is on after 7 months. They won't refund just trying to sell a new car with more payments. This is ********... We have since reached out to the customer. The customer has had the vehicle diagnosed since, at Basant Motors expense. We note the customer has driven approximately ******** since purchase. None the less, we have attached the inspection report. As you can see from the report there was no check engine light on & no fauts were founds. A number of other concerns were also looked at & addressed. The customer has relayed some cosmetic concerns that we look forward to addressing next time the customer visits our showroom. We look forward to assisting ************* in the future, should she have any further concerns she can contact myself directly.

I need help ,please . Im very stressed out and everyday all Im thinking is the car I got from Basant motors . I been ripped off and I finance this car didnt realize it after I sign all paperworks and drove off . When I went there I specifically said Im looking for a ***** or ****** because i know there very reliable and have a long life span , And when I told them about that ans ***** said oh u know what why dont we show him the ***** so its 2015 ***** ****** with 135km on it so he told me if I wanna test drive it so i did of course he is with me the sales guy ans . He told me that car just came in and have a car fax ready all is good about the car and will give me a discount on it . So i said I wanna take it to my mechanic and he said they have mechanic in the shop and they already look up the car and all is good . I ended up signing all the paperworks . They offer me 17, 197 for the car 2015 ***** ****** ****** 135km on it . With taxes and everything the total of the used car I got is ****** . Im like I should just get a new car for that price . after I drove off and heading home one of the tire is low on air Im like its only been 10min driving and I have to put air on tire already so from that Im like I just got these car and low on tire already . I keep getting this on dashboards of the car AC OFF DUE TO HIGH ENGINE TEMP. Why do I keep getting this problem on the car . I really need help on either exchanging it to the car I wanted .Business Response

We are disheartened to hear of Mr. *********** isssues. Unfortunately, this is the first time we are hearing of it. We have tried to reach out to Mr. ********* a few times via phone & email but to no avail. We can definetly have any mechanical issues Mr. ********* have looked at & remedied. Additionally, we can arrange for a 3rd party inspection for his peace of mind. In regards to exchanging the vehicle, as much as we would love to it would be based on Mr. ******** approval that we could get from the bank as there was a few challenges last time. We urge Mr. ****** to contact ** so we could address any of his issues. I am always available via email, and by phone from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday at ************.

I financed the car from the Basant motors and was told that I would have brand new tires a full tank of gas bumper to bumper b
Warranty when I receive the car the tires were bald the gas tank was empty and No warranty for the repairs that I'm needing I was given a curiosity car that broke down on the highway with my * young children in it and the smoke was so bad from the vehicle I was given as a courtesy car. I was stuck with my ******* baby and * and * year old sons on the highway for hours they did nothing to help me at all. I ended up getting the courtesy vehicle back to the lot where I was given my vehicle back and there was no repairs done on it at all and now they are saying I have to pay 600 dollars for the brakes when they didn't repair anything in the first place. *** * ****** *** ** ********** *** ******* ****** ********* ** ** ***** * ***** ***** *** ******** ***. Ms. ***** purchased a vehicle from Basant Motors on Nov 6, 2021. The vehicle was financed through ********* Finance. The vehicle was fully safety inspected prior to the sale & any mechanical issues that have arisen have been covered by Basant Motors at no cost to Ms. *****. Most recently, Ms. ***** visited us looking for new brakes. Unforunately, brakes are a wear & tear item & cannot be covered. We offered Ms. ***** a discount through our service department on brakes, but she declined. She told us her uncle was willing to replace her brakes for $46. Unfortunately, we are not able to replace Ms. *****s brakes for free, however if there is any other mechanical issue not a result of wear & tear we are willing to address it.
