    On December 8th, my sister and i attended the **** tour. We were able to find tickets for 1500 dollars total. We had a hard time getting any tickets, but I am severely disabled and was told by at least 6 people we could get disabled seating once we got there. Guess what? They were jerks and refused us even though I had my disabled pass. I was rear ended and have severe back problems due to 3 bulged disks. I brought my disabled pass, note from my doctor and his cell phone number. They basically laughed at Me and told me no. That is not okay. They even admitted there were ***** accessible but would not give them to us. I ended up falling because the 10 stairs were too much. It sucked. Shame on you! I want an apology and some money refunded. You had one job. Your employees were jerks and I deserve better! You need to fix this! Shame on you for not following the law! I don't expect a full refund but I want something for my pain and suffering
