    On the evening of February 13 **** chocolate covered strawberries were purchased from the ******************* location. They were kept cool in a fridge and transported in a cooler bag to our house and put in the fridge. The next day when they were given as a gift the berries had clearly gone bad or were already bad to begin with. We called **************** location and they said they wont refund or credit us back and instructed to call the head office. This item was nearly $80.00 for 16 chocolate covered strawberries! The employee said, these were made by the managers, insuating its impossible for them to be off. She also added no one else complained about them. This is poor customer service and not standing by the quality of their products. We also sent them a video of these berries as we tried them. They tasted ROTTEN. They still have not offered a refund or credit. Sad thing is many of their products are good and I have been a customer for years. I will no longer be purchasing from Rocky Mountain Chocolate as long as this is their policy.
