    Worst experience ever buying a car. Dealership made false promises that were never fulfilled upon delivery. They did CPO on my vehicle before I purchased. Day later after delivery i found rear subwoofer was blown. Intake filter was open and not secured with screws. Never gave me second key which they are supposed to give with certified vehicles.

    Did all the paperwork Dec 10th 2023 for a 2012 black pre-owned Jeep Rubicon under the condition they would fix the broken handbreak. Three weeks later it was ready for delivery but never made it back as the engine light came on so they took it back for some cylinder work supposedly. ***** later it was back at ***************** ready for pickup supposedly. Took it for a test drive and the engine light was on so back to the shop again for another faulty cylinder and computer module they said cost $1600 for them to install no charge to me. Mighty neighbourly of them. Been over four months now of this c*** and still was waiting for delivery up until 2 weeks ago when I finally gave up. Asked for my ***** dollar deposit then and still haven't received that either 2 weeks later as they won't return my calls. April 27th 2024 now and still waiting for my money back. These people are crooks in my opinion. Best to steer clear completely. Guess I'll be taking them to small claims court now.

    Hello ******, I think we can both agree it did take us too long to diagnose and correct the check engine light. We offered to return the deposit but, in the end, we are happy you decided to move forward with the purchase. Thank you and hope you have many great years with your Jeep.
