      Very disappointed with Aritzia customer service Made a purchase for three items June 11, 2025 with a total of >$300 paid with a gift card and credit card I received a notification it would be delivered June 12. I took my parcel out of the parcel locker and noticed it was lightweight. This was concerning to me because I purchased three items which should carry some weight. Upon inspecting the box (which has Aritzia's tape secure and the box undamaged) and opening the sealed paper pouch I see I only received ONE of THREE items. I checked my shipping details and it only had one tracking number which meant all items should be in ONE parcel. I call Aritzia concierge immediately to see if there was a mistake and another shipment is coming. I planned on wearing one of the items for a family portrait that weekend. On June 12, I talked to ***** and she would open an investigation opened for my missing items and it would take three business days to get an "UPDATE" on my case (# *******)On Saturday, June 14, 2025, (not even two business days later), I got an email of Aritzia closing my case and they stated "they are unable to support with a refund or replacement because your claim doesn't meet the internal conditions to be able to proceed with an alternate resolution". I saw these emails June 16, 2025 and even talked to the manager, with zero resolution. I am missing $194.59, the cost of the two missing items. I got the weight of the box and items I received and compared it to Aritzia's weight on their package, ****** and third-party scale. Aritzia claims their parcel weight is 1.29kg, ***** claims 0.91kg, and I have it weighed as 0.59kg. I do not think Aritzia packed my order correctly and am seeking the cost of the lost items. I have pictures to prove I only have one item inside. Aritzia is exhibiting fraudulent behaviour and stealing from their customers. They did an internal investigation and are not providing proof to the customer and expect them to eat the cost

      The dress I purchased online said the material was 100% cotton but when I looked at the tag before washing the dress, the material was 100% polyester. This is fraudulent and lying by the organization. The dress is called Encourage Poplin Dress and it is 100% plastic material, NOT 100% cotton claimed on the website.

      I placed an order of over $300 worth of clothing from Aritzia, but the package was never delivered to my address. Despite this, Aritzia has refused to issue a refund. Their team repeatedly told me that their internal investigation confirmed the package was delivered, but theyve provided no further details no explanation, no delivery location, and no insight into what ***** reported to them. Its incredibly frustrating and disappointing to receive no real support. Ive now had to file a police report, even though the package wasnt stolen, and Ive opened a dispute with my bank to try to recover the funds.

      I will never shop at Aritzia again. I tried to return items from my online order after 14 days, but they refused and only gave me store credit. Now, I cant even use that store credit online. It keeps saying that gift cards cant be used on these items. This is the first time Ive seen a major retail chain enforce such a strict 14 day return policy. And even though I have store credit, they still expect me to use another payment method to complete my purchase. This feels like a complete scam!

      I returned a coat to them, it took 10 days to process the return, then was issued an e-gift card and not refunded my money. They said it was listed on the website that sale items could only be returned for store credit, which is an insane policy to not gift obvious notification (it was in very fine print).

      This company is a scam. My husband ordered a coat for me more than 3 weeks ago here in ****** and it didnt arrive but marked down as delivered. Aritzia and ***** cant provide any proof that it was delivered. Aritzia does not answer to any follow up emails anymore. Well try to get a refund but Ive lost almost 150 for the tax to ***** as well. Im glad I changed my mind with buying more coats. Never again. ***** this company at all costs.

      Absolutely awful to deal with. Bought some items for my daughter online on Black Friday. They dont fit, so we returned them. The only option was store credit. We are waiting to reorder until we get our credit. We called. They confirmed they received the shirt and pants back. However, no credit for the pants. Just the shirt. We have lost track of how many times we have called. They have confirmed they have the returns, but they must investigate before they refund the pants. After several calls, we still have no credit. Worst service I have ever received. Still no resolution or response. So looks like Im making another phone call. Also working on disputing with credit card as that seems to be an easier route to get this resolved at this point.

      I ordered an item on December 4, 2024, to give as a Christmas gift. The shipping said it would come in 1-4 business days. On December 9, I reached out to confirm that it was on track because I had not received it nor shipping information. The customer service representative said she had no insight into that whatsoever. I asked who to reach out to and she said there would not be anyone with insight into that. On December 10, I received an email that my item was cancelled. My item and all similar items are now sold out online so I cannot get a replacement, and, since I had bought it to give as a gift, I do not have a gift to give to my daughter. I have sent countless emails asking for a resolution but they have all been ignored.

      I have store credit from an item that was returned. ************************** said I couldnt use my credit to pay for the items in my order. This to me seems completely unethical. Shouldnt any credit to the store work as a payment?

      Aritzia has lost an almost 20 year customer. I sent a return with their prepaid shipping label. At some point in-between dropping off the package at *******, and ***** delivering the package to Aritzia's warehouse, the items were stolen from the package. Aritzia has taken the stance that I intentionally sent them an empty package. Really? After 20 years all of a sudden I would steal? They keep saying to let them know if I find the items. This is a completely useless response as I returned the items to Staples. They are smug saying the package weighed the same from ***** to their warehouse, but they aren't taking into consideration that I dropped the package at Staples first, and when I dropped it off it had the return items in it. I am a victim of theft with no support from the company. Aritzia has no concept of customer service, customer retention, and no good faith in long term customers. I have disputed this and reported the theft to the police which is something Aritzia should have done amongst themselves, *****, and Staples. Surely the package was insured but I, the customer, am stuck with the bill. Does that make sense? I will never shop at this store again. I will be posting this story everywhere I can to let people know how terrible this acompany is.
