      I ordered a few things from Aritzia that I really liked. But I canceled other orders in part because they were delayed by more than a month - I did this over the phone and confirmed in writing via chat. My online account showed the orders were canceled. Almost two months later, I see they are now charging my credit card item by item and supposedly shipping these items to to me. When I asked what they were doing they said the orders were canceled but they are "special orders." Incomprehensible. Strange company. They seem nice and helpful when you talk with them on the phone and they mark your online account accordingly, but they aren't doing anything. You could make a horror movie about it. ***** ***** ****** **** **** *******. Maybe the in store experience is different.

      ************* * ****** **** * **** ***** Made a purchase 2 weeks ago and the item is not even shipped out yet. I called and after waiting 49 mins on the line, was told it would be shipped out that evening. That was 5 days ago and still they have not shipped it.
      Complete lack of respect for their customers

      The return policy should be the same across online and in-store returns or it should be made clear during checkout that the policies differ. I read the 30 day policy thinking that my return would be within range, but in store returns are 21 days. The first associate was very apologetic and nice but the second person that she double checked with was **** ***** ****. * **** ** ****** ** **** *** I understand enforcing return policies is difficult, but there was no reason for the extremely loud and embarrassing explanation that my return was “WAYYY over the return date” (6 days past the 21 day policy). I wasn’t trying to push the return whatsoever and it was completely unnecessary, especially if the woman knew my confusion was based upon two different return policies within the organization. It was not explained to me and I didn’t know until after I left the store and looked it up. Thank you.

      I usually have pleasant shopping experiences at Aritzia stores but Aritizia ******* ******* was the worst place and I had one of the most horrible experiences ever. My sister and I were shopping for her vacation and she had been looking for one of the straw hats. We waited and asked 4 sales associates to find it and none of them were able to find it and kept being very passive about it. That part is not even the issue, the issue came when we were waiting line after 20 minutes of looking for te hat and one of the 4 sales associates were able to find it. The cashier at the register didn’t even acknowledge us or said hi to let us know she’s ready to cash us out. She stood there looking down and acting busy, so we went up to her unsure and she continued to not acknowledge us and had a whole conversation with another cashier about her sister in law and how she’s so funny all the while cashing us out and not even making eye contact. This whole time I was giving them both the benefit of the doubt and was waiting for them to say thanks for shopping with us and have a nice day… she places the hat in the bag and pushes it towards my sister and no words at all. That is when I confronted her and she was in complete denial of the situation. I asked her to speak with the manager and another sales associates interjects to make a point that they have “a few managers” and who Id want to speak with. None of this is an issue compared to how the manager handled this whole issue, *** *** **** ************* *** ******* ***** **** ***** ***** and she said that she’d be “bringing it up with the team” and did not say sorry or anything and gave us a look that she did not care at all. I felt like I was in high school and dealing with an immature possie of girls. The worst place to shop and I no longe support this business and the products are over priced regardless and customer service is 5/10. The worst location to shop ever, and I did bring it up with the HR department and no apologies.

      This company ***** $600 from me and they refuse to reimburse me when I have a tracking number that proves the package was delivered back to them. I placed a $1300 (14 items) order online and used ***** *** at check-out which had my old address as the shipping address (I had just moved from VA to FL). I received a delivery notification that my package was delivered but it was not at my front door so I called Aritzia to help me track the delivered package and that’s when I discovered it went to VA and not my new home in FL. I had my old neighbor go to my old home and pick up the package so he could return it on my behalf. I went online to submit the return request which is where I ran into my first issue - you can only request a return of 8 items at a time so I had to submit two separate requests which provided two separate return confirmation numbers. I had my neighbor follow the return instructions and we did everything correct per the instructions. He opened the package only to pull out the included shipping label and then sealed the box, slapped on the label and dropped it off at ***** (we even have a shipping receipt). Nowhere in the instructions did it ask to include print outs of the return confirmation numbers - which I should have done because I had two separate return confirmation numbers (one of the returns had 8 items and the other 6). My package was delivered but Aritzia only processed the return for 1/2 of my return - which was every item from only 1 return confirmation number. Whoever processed the return was **** and did not process the return correctly. They pulled up the first return under my order, submitted the refund and never paid attention to the second return confirmation number. *** ******* ** ********** ** ** * ***** **** ******* *** **** **** ***** **** ***  No wonder they get a D- in customer service!!! Please help me BBB !
