      My 12 year old daughter went to Lululemon store to use a $100 gift card she received for her birthday and was told there was no money and the card had been compromised online. The store associate told us this is a common scam with the Lululemon gift cards and to call **************, Lululemon, and they should fix the issue. We called and they informed us the card was used on 9/10/24 to make an online purchase and was used by ****, but they wouldnt provide me the address where the order was sent, but they have the information because it was an online order. They said theyd get back to me in 5 days. They sent an email basically stating sorry but theres nothing they can do. I have also filed a police report.Lululemon shouldnt be allowed to sell gift cards if there is a security issue with their system and theyre not willing to replace stolen cards. This is terrible business. I shop them often and have purchased gift cards but this is the first time this happens and they are not doing anything to resolve the issue when they can clearly see it was stolen on their end. If they didnt have record of it being used online and it was used in store then I could see how they might not know if it was stolen, but they have a record of a fake account and the address merchandise was sent to.

      I was gifted scuba fleece half zip in a m/l color bone and gold and a pair of satin shine high rise tight 28 length size 8 in expresso. When I took them out the half zip was dirty, had a hole in the underarm and smelled of body odor and the leggings were dirty in the crotch. I gave both to a homeless lady because they were unwearable this was after I contacted **** twice and asked them for a replacement. They refused. If they do not send me replacements of both I will not only post about it to my ******* followers on Tik Tok I am looking into filing a lawsuit. Its sad that they treat loyal customers like this. Especially when Ive spent thousands over the years.

      I had a $250 gift card from Lululemon in which I've loaded it to my Lululemon account for future purchases. I've made an online purchase of $77.97 on Nov 21, 2024 and had a remaining balance of ******. On Dec 1, 2024, when I logged onto my Lululemon account, my gift card had $0 balance. I called Lululemon and they told me it was used at a Lululemon in *********** for an in store purchase. It was not me that went to the store and the customer service *** said there's nothing they can do since all gift cards are treated as cash. I even asked how this is possible when I have the physical card myself and there was no in store purchase linked to my account. ******************** refused to investigate and now I've lost $172 because of Lululemon's insecure system. All I want is my $172.

      I recently had two horrible experiences with this merchant.1) they have a quality promise program, I purchased an item that has a quality issue and qualify for the return, order number c52861615424. the ************************************** store in ****** ******** said I cannot get a store credit, instead I need to choose an item to exchange. But they no longer have the exact same jacket anymore and I dont want to exchange for anything else! I demand a store credit to be issued to my ********** my online order c172567025000168 was lost. The shipping company has already confirmed that its lost. When I contacted lululemon online support and provided screenshot with their shipping vendor that the parcel was lost, they said they cannot do anything until 7 business days have passed. What does that mean?Lululemon chooses a crappy courier and the courier has already confirmed its lost and I need to carry the charge on my credit card for 7 business days until you can refund me? What kind of rule is that? I demand an immediate refund to my original payment method!This companys way of doing business and handling customer issues do not meet American standards. I am extremely unsatisfied and demand an immediate solution to the above 2 issues.

      On October 16, 2024, I purchased the Women's Cityverse Canvas Sneaker in the Colour Jade ************ Ivory/Palm Court in a size 11. These shoes claimed to have a 30-day free trial, so I shipped them to my house in hopes they would fit. However, they were too big, so I quickly ordered them in a size down in 2 colors because I was sure I would love the correct size as they were comfortable. On October 20, I ordered the same pair of shoes in a size 10.5, as well as the Women's Cityverse Sneaker in the Colour Precocious Pink/Precocious Pink/Precocious Pink. Once these were delivered I discovered through the course of wearing that they still did not fit, and accepted that the shoes were not for me. I packed them all up and drove an hour to the closest store to turn them in and get my refund. There, I was rudely told that they were returnable only for store credit since they were final sale. The website specifically said there was a 30-day free trial, which I have used flawlessly before, as well as free returns and exchanges if needed. She refused to give me my money back, and gave it all to me in gift cards. I filled out a survey with my frustrations, as well as spoke to an agent via a chat feature, and they refuse to follow their 30-day trial. Now, I am stuck with hundreds of dollars in store credit that I don't want after this experience.

      I returned an item in the Lululemon store, and they issued me a gift card on 11/3/2024. However, when I tried to use this gift card on 11/21/2024, it told me it had already been used. But I never used them, and I just got my password today, so where is my money? I also saw this happen to other customers, so I requested a refund for my gift card.

      My husband and I received two Lululemon Wonder Puff Jackets (Black, size M) as a gift in 2024. The dot sticker inside the sleeve says it is from Feb. 2023. The person who bought the gift does not have their receipt, and I do not have a gift receipt. The logo on the left sleeve is damaged because all the letters are falling off, so I would like to exchange the coat since it is under warranty as a part of your Quality Promise (as confirmed by ****, a manager at your Columbus Circle store). However, **** refused to provide me with the exchange despite it being covered under warranty. Please initiate the exchange, or else I will be forced to file in small claims court for the cost. I expect better treatment from Lululemon of their LGBTQ customers given how you profit from marketing during our Pride celebrations each June.

      Returned an item for quality issues and was issued a gift card on Nov 9/24 in store for $132.94. Went to use the gift card Nov 15/24 and when putting my card number in online it said error. Card can not be found. Tried it on my husbands account and got the same error. Called lululemon and it got sent to the escalations team which does not do phone calls, only emails. Was told the money is treated like cash and you lost it. They have no record of the money being used and all they can say is that it was taken out on Nov 11/24 but not because of a purchase. I did not scratch the 4 digit pin on the back of the card until Nov 15/24 and have video proof of it. **** will not issue a refund and has 0 proof the money was used but says there is nothing they can do, they dont know how the money was taken as there is no purchase from that card but it is gone.

      I placed a birthday order for my daughters 15th birthday. She didnt want anything but Lululemon. I ordered November 8th when I could finally afford to use a card to purchase this order of $698! For 6 items. I love lululemon I have bought second hand gently used items but could never justify buying such expensive products for myself being a mother. I justified making such a large purchase because in Hispanic cultures usually you make a quinceanera or whats the equivalent to a sweet 16. My daughter didnt want that she just wanted lululemon to help her in her health journey. Well like I said I place my order on The 8 ,Monday was November 11 which is Veterans Day so no delivery. I saw it said on its way and ***** was delivering! ***** ***** they never go above and beyond for delivering to apartments. They are very negligent they have left my package in a heavily trafficked sidewalk and just called it a day, anyways Says it was delivered November 13 I took that whole day off from work and by the time I saw the alert on the phone despite sticking my head out every 30 minutes or so I missed the delivery. I left the delivery person a posted note. I live in a building it sometimes can be locked door so I left instructions and my number in case someone locked the door. Well they delivered it Im assuming to the sidewalk and its not my residence! I dont live on the sidewalk I live inside the building. Well after filing a claim Im denied 24 hours later. I love lululemon and cant believe they would do this to me and my daughter! Its a lot of money to loose but again ***** covers their **** by saying they delivered to the correct address and that its geolocation was tracked and delivered to correct, no care of the financial burden they can cause their customers and Im saddened ********************** will side with them as this is so stressful! what happened to customer service? it literally takes a few extra minutes to make call or just put the slip for me to pickup at a safe loc

      I received a LuluLemon gift card for my birthday in the amount of $150 from my husband. When opening the gift card, which was purchased on 10/16/24 from the *** in *************, the bar code had been scratched off and used. I literally took the gift card out of the original packaging, where the bar code was scratched off and the card was already used. LuluLemon claims that they treat their gift cards as cash, which I understand. The person who buys it shouldn't be allowed to return it, etc. However, my husband was sold a faulty gift card and they won't do anything about this. We aren't talking about $25; it was $150 and LuluLemon can track where the purchase was from if it's tied to that gift card. They have offered nothing to remedy this situation, which for the amount they charge for their clothes, is completely unacceptable. I had a similar thing happen with a Target gift card where it was a birthday gift for my daughter and ****** had a new gift card to me in a matter of days. This is truly disappointing and unacceptable, especially from a large corporation. They have offered nothing.
