      I placed an order, wished to return an item and had to email no less than 5 times to get a reply with shipping information- only when I threatened to report the company did someone reply to me. I sent a return back to them in September and still have not received a credit. I have emailed again 3-4 times with no response and now their website says its under construction as if they have just disappeared. I have attached the receipt from my order to this complaint. Thank you!
