The Better Business Bureau (BBB) received consumer inquiries about Vancouver Cheap Movers , a moving company using an address in Vancouver. The Consumer alleged that the business caused damage during the move. They were not able to find a business registered under the name of Vancouver Cheap Movers. After a search, BBB found out that the same phone number was answered by "Vancouver Piano Movers", "White Rock Movers", "Vancouver Movers", "The Piano Movers" and "Kelowna Movers".

BB also contacted the City of Vancouver on January 12, 2021 to verify if there is a business licence connected to the company’s listed address. However, the City does not have any records for this address.

BBB also reached out to the business with letters on January 12, 2021 and January 22, 2021 to confirm details about their business location and their affiliation with the following names :

  • Vancouver Piano Movers
  • White Rock Movers
  • Vancouver Movers
  • The Piano Movers
  • Kelowna Movers

As of February 3, 2021, BBB has not received a response from Vancouver Cheap Movers. The website for the company, https://vancouvercheapmovers.com/ is still active.
