    I placed an order of over $113 and they never shipped it and wont respond to my emails.

    Made an online purchase at shrooms-online.net in the amount of $187.69 (includes express shipping).
    I put the order in and was given a screen saying that in order to complete the order I had to email the funds with specific instructions from them.
    Got a confirmation email for the order which only had e-transfer as an option to pay.
    I followed the instructions and sent the money.

    I received an email saying that my order was about expire and reminding me to pay.
    I sent a reply immediately with a screenshot from my transaction with my bank showing that the payment was made (shows all the credentials were used that they asked me to), and that the funds were autodeposited as the vendor set up.

    They replied saying their merchant has no record of the payment.

    I have been emailing back and forth with Lindsay, from the company, that I have paid according to their outlined instructions (screenshot of their instructions included for her) with confirmation from my bank that the money was transferred immediately (screenshot also attached for them). There was nothing more on my end I could do and that I hoped they would send my order while they resolved the payment issues on their end.

    She kept saying that I should wait for the transaction to expire and I kept referring her back to the screenshot saying that Shrooms had set up an auto deposit so the transaction is completed according to my bank, so the bank can't do anything more.

    The resolution should be that I receive my complete order by express mail while they work on the money issue on their end as there is nothing more I can do on my end and have sent them confirmation of the payment to them. Or e-transfer the amount of $187.69 back to me immediately.
