    I placed an order on June 27, 2023 for two items. One of them, the ******* mesh polo made of 100% polyester, arrived with a strong and unusual crease in its collar. I decided to wash the shirt according to the label's instructions expecting the garment's crease to dissipate. But even after washing the crease remained, suggesting a defect in the polyester fabric. This was particularly disappointing as the Reigning Champ brand is marketed as a "premium" brand and their products are sold at premium prices.

    On August 10, 2023, I contacted Reigning Champ about the issue and attached a picture. Reigning Champ has a Quality Guarantee prominently displayed online: "We proudly guarantee the quality of every Reigning Champ product. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or the product fails at any time due to defects in materials or workmanship, you can return it for a repair, replacement or refund, at our discretion. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use."

    The next morning, I received a response from Reigning Champ, refusing to repair, replace, or refund the defective shirt. They took the position that washing the shirt made it ineligible for the quality guarantee. Of course, no such limitation exists in the guarantee. Moreover, the guarantee is not limited in duration given the "any time" language. And the shirt was washed only in an effort to eliminate a problem that existed when I received it.

    Reigning Champ should fulfill its guarantee obligations and take back the defective shirt and either replace it, repair it, or provide a refund. Otherwise the guarantee is deceptive and meaningless.

    purchased sweatpants via order #**********; however, when I received them these was a stain on the pants. I sent the company a picture. I requested a refund under their warranty, but they said because I washed the pants they would not honor their refund. I only washed the pants to try and get their stain out.

    I am rejecting this response because:They asked me to return the shirt with my own funds and that is not consistent with their normal return policy.  Furthermore, the pants were sent to me with a stain and any return should be free of costs.
