      Land line after 52 years dropping our calls. Since home phone useless I asked employee at ******** store to ask tech technician for callback on my cell as I have limited minutes and cannot hold for 1 1/2 . When he contacted them they told him NO they could not do that. This used to be an option when there was a long wait time. So I am paying for a useless phone, being a senior, heaven forbid I have an emergency!!

      Telus has been beyond incompetent and has mishandled our services for the last 8 years. They have repeatedly lied to us about the services available to us (regarding fibre internet) and refuse to actually take action or accountability for their errors. They have made it it nearly impossible for us to have fibre internet brought into our apartment unit (even when the rest of our building is successfully using it) but will no longer support their copper service. Our building is only wired for Telus so we have no other option for our internet service. Ive already begun filing a **** complaint as we have found their actions over the last several years to be infringing on **** ruling, and we are looking into using a *************************** ombudsman to investigate further. We wish nothing but the worst for Telus.

      I have Telus Home Security, one day I get an email from a collection agency telling me Telus has sent an account to collections. So, I called Telus and their automated system was horrendous to deal with. Theres no option to select other, I have no idea what product I was calling for, because I have no clue what the account in question that was sent to collections was for. It gave me the option to use the chat, and the wait on that was not great neither. I finally got through to someone and she was able to help, apparently a duplicate account was open, when I had called in to upgrade. It was resolved, however I am very disappointed that I did not receive any communication from Telus, even though I am a current customer before sending an item to collections. Not cool Telus, not cool at all.

      As I sit on hold for the last 20mins after waiting 1 hour 10 mins for a call back from my initial call I decided to write this review. As a long time customer we just renewed our contract and upgraded our hardware. What a mistake, not sure what has happened to Telus customer service, but I have been trying since middle of July (it is now August 22) to get someone to come out and change the battery on my panel. Close to 6 weeks without alarm system and countless hours on hold, being hung up on and given empty promises of callbacks and help. I feel so ripped off and just want out of my contract. When this contract is over I will never ever do business with Telus again. The business dealings are very one sided. They take your money and do not provide a service and when you are not happy you are stuck with them and can't dissolve the contract without hundreds of dollars. They get you to sign the contract and then they say see you later sucker !!!

      Telus failed to notify me/mail me a return slip for my bring it back device. Charged me the full bring it back price to my bill (360$). Unable to upgrade myself due to their webpage + app not loading through once selecting an upgrade phone. Contacted telus and sent screen shots showing the rror, was told to submit a new activation and transfer my old number. A week later they contact me to tell me they cancelled my order and I need to upgrade myself, again I explained that I was unable to due to their website + app giving me the same error. They offered to do it for me over the phone but because of this, my device couldn't be returned on time...again, I was never even notified it was due to be returned. They offered a trade-in value of 100$ less, since I was past my bring it back date and still wanted to charge me 60$ for a new activation even though it was an upgrade and their fault.

      I find Telus customer service dismal!My tenant wanted to install tv cable in my basement suite. I agreed to take it on my account as it was supposed to cost less when added to my account than opening a new one. The technician came, supposedly installed the cable but tv didnt work the next day. It is now a month she is fighting to get somebody to come and properly install it. In addition she was told that there will not be a charge for the installation as she is switching from ****** to Telus and her monthly charge will be $40. When the bill came, There was $175 for installation and $73 for a month of non existent TV.There is nothing worse than dishonest bussiness! I consider Telus as one and I seriously consider switching to some other company who is honest or at least a bit more honest.Fact that you have to call to ********* or *********** to talk to company representative is more than disgusting!You talk to someone else each time you call. They have no idea of local conditions, if conversation brakes down you have to answer the security questions over and over again. It takes hours and days even weeks to get something done. NOT A GOOD COMPANY AT ALL!

      3 missed appointments. I was moving so I canceled my home security. They convinced me to go with them for way cheaper for the same equipment. They never showed up for the install 3 times. Wasting my time waiting from 8-5 for them to show. Plus they sent me a bill for internet service. I don't have their internet. They then told me I could either use another company or wait again from 8 -5. Time is valuable to but they don't care. Worst service I have ever had. Stay away stay far far away.

      They charged me $200 that was a mistake on their end. unreal. and I have lost 7 hours of my life on phone withthe customer service. ****** uses us as their technicians, we pay themm and then we do all the trouble shooting and waste our time. and we pay, over pay them.

      I am currently being charged $155.00 for 150 up and download speed, with 100 GB of data. Current advertised sale price is $85.00 for 250 up and download speed with unlimited data. Regular price is $110.00. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years and a company should self regulate and only chart customers the current going rate.

      The bills get higher and the service gets worse I checked the service before buying my home just outside of town and every year it gets worse and every year the bill goes up they are gouging us!
