      *******,I have missed 4 days of work because Telus mistakenly disconnected the internet connection, I work from home and my job is the only thing that put food on the table for my family in this difficult times, missing 4 days of work and potentially more since they have not resolved the issue. Promise after promise, being transferred from a service to another, no ones seems to care about my familys source of income. I cannot afford to miss even 2 days of income and jeopardize my job, I sincerely dont know what to do. Telus is telling me that they will send someone on the 27 of this month to see whats going on, I dont know what to do at this point. In the job contract that I signed, I have the obligation to guarantee a permanent and excellent internet connection, if I cant deliver that. I fear for my job and the safety of my small family.

      Absolutely awful. Internet cuts out every 30 seconds and has to be toggled on and off to reconnect. Customer support is absolutely useless. 2 days after signing up for telus I was getting scam calls from people claiming to be telus so they are selling customers info to scammers or have some serious data breaches going on. This company should not be allowed to operate anymore.

      We recently changed the name of the company and it took three months for Telus to initiate that change. Finally received the email advising me of the new contract number. No details on how to get access. Also, they scheduled a technician to come out. I requested that it be rescheduled but they just closed the case. I spent an hour trying to see how to get access, only to be transferred four times. Trying to deal with Telus over the phone is a nightmare. There appears to be no accountability for the service. The BBB rating is too high. They should have a failing grade.

      One of the worst companies, when it comes to Customer Service.The wait times are outrageous - today I was on hold for 1 hour and 24 minutes.On other occasions , it was - every time - at least 45 minutes.I finally learnt my ******* and will move to another company.

      Nikolas was great ,& he is who I bought my phone from a few months ago , he is exstreamly familiar with all the products that he sells ., he is very helpful & patient with customers. I just can’t say enough good about him . U are lucky to have him as a staff

      As telus business customer, for 2 year i never seen a monthly statement, spoke to telus service, evertime tuning line 3 to 4 time to different department, no one can give me a answer how is my payment going, after 2 year, they sent me final notice invoice, and cancel the service, i did pay invoice all of them, again, a invoice for early cancellation $1642, it's a really terrible things, i don't know how they business working

      I have been lied to by representatives many times. I knew my 2 year contract was coming up to expire. When I talked to the retention case worker he assured me and promised my bill would stay the same in classic TELUS fashion they doubled my bill the next two months. When I called to explain what happened. The manager was rude and explained they will not match what they last retention when had promised me already, terrible customer service and treat there long term customers like dirt.

      I just go off the phone with a "manager" from Telus who has informed me they are unwilling to refund me $189.00 in roaming charging occurred while I was on a cruise. I turned off data roaming and turned on wi-fi calling, purchased the wi-fi package from the ship. I informed the "manager *******" that I will leave Telus if they do not refund the charges. His response was basically "go ahead". I let him know that we are a business and pay $********* per year to Telus for our contract. He didn't seem to care so I will be canceling my 15 year relationship and taking my ********* per year contract with Telus and giving it to a company who will care. I think Telus needs to look at their 1star rating on this site and do better.

      Have no idea where to even begin. 1. Was told our phones from the *** will not work in ****** (iphone 14, less than a year old) and had to buy new iphone 15's 2. Even though we live less than ten blocks from the store we got our phones (Delta BC) we were given numbers that route through ******** BC, which means anyone using a landline to call us get billed long distance charges.3. For whatever reason, it took ten days dealing with Telus just to arrange pre-authorized payments from our bank account. BC Hydro? 45 seconds online.4. Keep getting sales calls (up to 3 a day in some cases) about offers being offered (at higher prices I'm paying currently) And the list just goes on...Never in my life had I had such incredibly incompetent "service" from a company. The thing is, they simply don't care as there is virtually no competition. At this point I have started a case against Telus involving the ***** and hopefully this will get someone's attention.On a side note, if at all possible AVOID the Telus store at *************** in ********. They are lying, thieving individuals that only want to upsell you on everything and anything, and do not care about anything but their own bottom line.

      They falsely advertised extended warranty for repairs to phone but would not offer the option of repair when making a claim. Only option of replace at exorbitant cost. $650 to replace a phone with a $39 cracked screen... Thisbis obviously done on purpose. Who would ever use that option?
