      Terrible customer service. We have called 5 times to cancel mobile phone lines on our business account and they still have not completed the cancellation. On top of that, we purchased new phones during the Black Friday event which offered a plan rate of $75 per month on each line and now we are being charged $85 per month. Telus customer service is incompetent and they do not keep proper records of previous phone conversations with customers even though during a call with them it states "your call is being recorded for quality assurance". It's obvious Telus does not care about their customers.

      I am writing to complain about Vivint ********** fraudulent practise. I applied to close my account with them in August 2023. They said I had outstanding to pay which I did. Then I got another bill after two months of writing to close the account with all bills paid. When I called to ask why? They explained that even though I closed the account, I was still to pay for the subsequent month after closing because of the monthly circle. Even though I had not used their service since that August ending, I still went ahead to pay to avoid issues with them.Afterward, they emailed me that the account had been closed, only to receive another invoice yesterday that I owe them $111.98 for a service I last used in August 2023.

      Zero star if I can. I have been their long time client and when I finally found better service with **** I have transferred all my services to **** since March 2023. Account number: ********* In March I have closed all mobility and cable and TV accounts with TELUS and returned all of their Equipment accordingly, using their Return shipping label etc. I'm suddenly receiving calls and emails from creditors saying that I have not been paying for my Telus TV account since March- Which is surprising to me I have not been using their services since March Why would I be Paying. when I tried to call and inquire about this each time the agent on the phone would understand everything and transfer me over to their Loyalty team and disconnects. I'm fed up with this. I will not be paying for services that I have not used, but I still need to close my account with TELUS if it was not closed properly back in March, I'm willing to cooperate but no-one would call me or deal with this except the creditors? This is totally embarrassing as I have never been late for any payment.

      Long time customer here. Four phone calls, spent 3h45m on the phone just to upgrade internet, one one no-show service call, another not required service call booked, charged for installation that never happened, charged for Optik TV that was cancelled, this agent can't do cancellations, the Manage your Services on mytelus doesn't let you manage your services, that other agent gives you wrong installation information. Missed a whole morning of work but ''don't worry, I'll give you a $10 credit'' New service agreement showing cancelled service. My bill is all messed up and I'm overcharged $233 for services not received. If only they were as fast to cancel as they are to charge $. Then they ****** you to get their mobility services, but won't email details of offer. They should let customers manage their own services and not waste so much time getting the run-around.

      Received a call from the escalation team and they were helpful in fixing the charges and offered a loyalty rebate on my internet services. Although I now consider the issues resolved, I will not be getting any other services from this company. 22 days from the initial call, a missed morning of work, 4h6 mins on the phone is inefficient for all parties and particularly frustrating for the customer.

      No point cause telus does not care , They deflect all issues and only push deals and contracts then walk away . I currently have 3 business accounts and they can't figure out how to resolve it. They sold me on better service and deal . They can not use my original account and open an other new but can't close the old one . Been paying 3 accounts for 3 months now. Spending hours on the phone , transfers transfer hang ups or departments closed . Try to go ***** *** **** **** etc ...

      Telus told me they were offering me a new package deal because the new building I was moving to was offering its residents discounts. I was originally paying $80 monthly for internet services (prior to the move). The new package offered was $70 monthly for internet / cable package. Wow sounds too good to be true, right? When the Telus installation man came to install he said he was only installing internet. Hmmm, what happen to my tv package? I just got a my first new bill for $90.83. It had me paying not $70, not my original $80, but $85.00 monthly plus taxes. I called Telus to inquire why I was suddenly paying $85.00 monthly. They said they have no record of the $70 monthly internet/cable offer and that I wasn't eligible for a tv package, what?? They've now agreed to change my payment to $70 mthly, but only for 6 months. Why only 6 months when they offered my a 2-year deal originally? Telus is the worst! You can't trust anything the agent says because another agent will say something different. I'm stuck with them because that is who the building uses. If you have a choice, for your sanity don't choose Telus. I wouldn't give them any star rating at all if that was an option.

      Telus is a joke they have no problems giving out false information they tell you oh yah we will finance you a phone to have you wait on hold for hours this is after passing the credit check only to wait longer to on hold to hear nothing then they call you back wanting a 500$ dollar deposit since when do businesses get to back peddle is that not against the law? My tine is just as valuable so I'm gonna seek further justice in which ever way possible why is it OK for these businesses to break law but not us as in th public we break the law and are held accountable it should be like that across the board so I want the original offer I wad given if I have to take it to the next level so be it they are not getting away with this im sick and tired of the public always getting screwed over but we are expected to pay taxes for what businesses like these to just do what ever they want to no punishment maybe we should just stop going to work and paying taxes then it's no different telus is a joke but won't be getting away with this!!!!!!

      TELUS business connect is the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had in dealing with a company. It has been 8 months and cant get my phones operational. Yet they charged me. Right from point of sale the process has been abysmal. I went with all 3 of their products and I can tell you none of them were a smooth transition. Be better TELUS.

      Telus internet is borderline ********** in their negotiating. I have now had 2 contracts that each last two years. They have incredibly high base rates for their internet, and they make it reasonably priced by offering credits on a two year term. In both cases, I negotiated a two year term based on a set price. During both terms, they broke the agreement by raising the base rates, but not increasing credits. Effectively breaking the contract. If this happened one time, sure retentions can correct it. Two times? This is a ********** business plan to take money from customers. Ive been with Telus over 20 years. Ive cancelled. They have shifted to an ********* business practice.

      Rating: less than a star!Telus bought ***, so both parties are at fault.Had a security system put in place, and since day one, multiple technician visits, endless calls to Telus/***, one problem still remains unresolved. Caused enormous agony as they sent invoices for technician's visits when these people did not know what they were doing. After much resistance on my part, TELUS agreed to waive charges. After 1.5 years, this situation is still ongoing. Originally, cameras had to be replaced, technicians came and went, without resolving the problem and wasted over 20 hours of my time and energy and commute time. Cannot reach anyone who can resolve the problem at the moment (replace a defective camera). Am given the runaround. **************** try to help ****** *** *********** but no coordination or communication between departments here. Thousands of dollars, and defective merchandise. Unacceptable. Horrible app and every time we encounter a power outage, I need to go on site to readjust the settings on the **** SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE.
