    Got great reconsideration of equipment hire when some items were inadvertently left behind in the store. ****** gave ** generous discount and waived the (slightly) late return fee. Thanks for the understanding and great service, ******. Your helpful response eased the tough job of the floor sanding!

We feel happy as long as customers are happy, very often we go extra miles to satisfy our customers.
