    My daughter signed up for this subscription program as she really enjoyed the workout they provided. However, after a few months, she found the hours were not conducive to her attending due to a change in her school and work hours. When she asked to stop the subscription, they refused to cancel it and said she had to fulfill her 1 year subscription. We continued paying for the subscription despite it not being used per our contract. After the one year was up, they did not cancel the subscription as asked. About 6 months later, they emailed me to say that they were sending me to a collection agency as we did not pay. When I said that we had asked for the subscription to be cancelled, they said it did not count as we did not ask for a cancellation in writing. There was no attempt to contact me prior to the email stating I was being sent to the collection agency.
