5 starsAlicia is a very helpful and professional manager of this business. I have always received my order of contacts in good time and she always adds in free trial contacts. This year she added four boxes of sample contacts to my original order for no charge as well as many sample sized bottles of multi-purpose solution that will likely last me for a year!
I also ordered new frames that were drastically reduced in price and Alicia gave me a good deal on my progressive lenses. I think this business has the best prices in town!Review fromJohn D.

Alicia and Steven at the Johnson Street branch were wonderful to deal with. I was very pleased with their expertise and knowledge about lenses and help in picking frames.
They gave me great service and undivided attention. By the time I returned to pick up my glasses I felt like family.
I am 100% happy with the two sets of glasses that I chose and have had many complements about the frames they helped me pick.
I will definitely shop there again and have already recommended them to friends.Diamond Eyecare

The staff are knowledgeable about their products, friendly, and patient. They take the time to ensure I'm going to be happy with my glasses. I never feel like I'm being upsold for features I don't need. I've been getting my glasses at Diamond for more than 10 years, and am very satisfied with the value I spend on eyewear.Diamond Eyecare
