      I am a Tenant in a apartment managed by Orca Realty. On January 14th 2023 I called the emergency line for Orca Realty as my dishwasher began leaking into the apartment below mine. This is a real issue that needs to be addressed immediately. The woman who answered my call took my name and number and without telling me any contact information to follow up with or what any next steps would be hung up the phone. I called back to find out her name and the number I can follow up with and she would not give me either. This company has a history of terrible service that I have made complaints about before. As this is an EMERGENCY I need help right now and they are NOT providing g the service they need to. I want the employee I spoke to disciplined and I want Orca Realty to fix this problem IMMEDIATELY as it is an EMERGENCY and can cause more damage than is necessary due to their NEGLIGENCE. **** ******* ** * ******** **** *** ****** **** ****** ** **** *****

      Good morning,

      We have used ***** ********* ******* for over 5 years now and this is the first complaint we have had. I contacted

      the company the day of the incident myself to see what happened. I also phone 3 different times throughout the day

      on our emergency extension and the phone was answered within 60 seconds by their agent all 3 times. I have contacted the 

      owner of ***** ********* ******* **** and asked him for a full report of the incident and what happened so I can follow up.

      Once I receive this report I will submit as well. I contacted also the Manager of the answering service Cristian for a full report on

      what happened as well *********************,

      The emergency was taken care of immediately when the tenant contacted the Property Manager that day Afrouz A****. We were

      very upset that this happened but the Answering Service assures us their Agent never hung up on anyone that day but I am still waiting for the report.

      We receive message throughout the night and on Saturday and Sundays continuously from ***** ********* ******* and as I mentioned no one has ever

      complained they were unable to connect but I will continue to follow up with both **** and Cristian for the report on the incident from their perspective.

      Rest assured, this is a very important incident for Orca Realty as we take great pride in providing the best service to our 550+ tenants every single day.
