      I was a tenant with Orca representing the landlord until very recently.
      ***** **** ** ** *********** *** **** *** ***** *** *** ********* *** *** *******

      The rep will first ignore, then tell you what you what you want to hear, then delay, then forget what you asked them about in the first place.
      Things like-
      Broken furnace in 3* weather.
      -I had to suggest I would get a tech out to check it 3 days after initial contact withOrca rep, in order for them to call a service tech. Then, the next day no one said when he was coming, to me.
      The tech arrives.
      The furnace is technically located in a laundry room that I do not have access to.
      He nearly left before the tenant that had access to that room arrived.
      She said she was not informed of a tech coming.
      Brutal.
      Again, considering now 4 days no heat.
      Dryer vent shared by upper and lower suites. It was getting plugged.
      I contact Orca rep and he acknowledged and said he would check into it.
      That was 6 months ago.
      Numerous requests to look into this were ignored…until…
      I left there a short time ago.
      On the final inspection he attempted
      to make that dryer vent something that would be subtracted from my damage deposit.
