    Critical: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness
    This has got to be the worst company to have doing the work in your home. We had a small leak, they found some mold this was in the beginning of May. They pulled out all the bottom cupboards got rid of the mold pulled up the floor, replaced part of the floor witch is now a quarter inch difference from the part that was not replaced. It is now July and I am still out of my house. I was in the hospital for a month and my husband had to spend $****. On a ramp at my sister's house to get me out of the hospital. This ramp can not be used for my home.     My basement flooded last year. I've never had to deal with restoration or insurance before so I had no clue what I was supposed to do or how to do it, or even who to call! I called Belfor and I am SO happy with that choice. Not only were they there promptly and continued to help me throughout the process of this situation, I actually felt like they cared! I know it's just another 'basement flood', but to me, it was catastrophic to deal with. My daughters bedroom, our main area, everything wet and ruined. I really appreciated their attention to detail.
