  I hired BSE to put an ext. drain tile starting Nov 12/24. They came and said they would not be able to do the work yet due to rain. I said they could come weather permitting. 19th Nov 2024 they called at 9:02am to adv they were on their way to start. It was still announcing rain, I didn’t expect them, but got my husband to leave work & let them in. They arrived at 9:30/my husband 10:00. They went to see where our pipes were. After 10:45 they started digging a 3-4 ft hole & burst our well pipe. They fixed it & said we wouldn’t be charged for it. They adv they couldn’t do the job as our foundation was stone, so they would have to do an int. tile. They advised they would fill in the hole and tamper as they filled. It took nearly 2 hrs to pick up the tamper, while the other two workers filled the hole not tampering. They left by 2:30pm leaving a hole of 1 ft deep. They told us that they would do the interior drain after the new year. ***** who worked at our house called that night, said to get a refund and I could pay when I got the quote for the int. I said to keep the money and apply it to int. He said no, get refund. Nov 27th I emailed S**** who did the quote asking when I would get my refund-he told me to call ***** and I did. He told me I was getting a refund of $3000+/- of the $6000 I paid. I asked what the charges were for and he said he was told I’d spoken with S***** who explained the fees- not true. He agreed it wasn’t reasonable.
  
  Dec 2/24 S**** called. I advised I didn’t agree to the fees. He hadn’t adv me that K**** was on the line. K**** said they didn’t tamper it because they were waiting for the ground to settle before they came and put more dirt in. They said the funds was for the int drain tile deposit & asked to come for the quote Dec 3/24. I emailed S**** to ask what time they would be here, he advised that they’ve decided not to work on my property as my house is at risk of collapsing so they’re going to charge $1725. It costs 400$ to fix the hole.
