    I bought a 2016 Buick encore from them and also bought an extended warranty for the car.
    *hen I discovered that Bluetooth and heater were not working. *ires kept going flat. When I took the car to them, they tried to charge me for repairs and I refused to pay.
    *hey have refused to fix the problem even as we speak.
    Buyers beware.

    Hello,
    I just bought a finance used car at Rallyes Motors Chrysler on the 21st of
    October and I’m not satisfy with the purchase. They overcharged me for a car that had dent and rust at the trunk that I notice later on when trying to clean the car. They made an error on the loan aggrement ( selling price ) The back up camera in the
    night is so blurry to the extent that someone can hit something when
    reversing looking at the camera. They sold the car with some dent, some
    little scratches and rust but still took the car because they were minor but
    my main concern was the back up camera and I was not satisfy.
    yesterday the battery stopped and I don’t know why.
    i have call the dealer, spend a week going back and forth at the dealer,
    spend my work lunch at the dealer, I’m stress. C***** *** ********** ***** ** **** ****** **** *** *** *** ******* * **** **** ****** ***** *** *********. They don’t want to take their car and find a solution that suits
    me without putting me on financial stress. They are not cooperating and the
    manager is not respectful. He don’t care. It’s less than 30 days that I
    have the car and I’m not satisfy with the car overall. I have witness that
    confirm that the back up camera is so blurry in the night. You hardly see
    what’s in the back with that back up camera and you can hit something. This
    is my first car in Canada but they seem to not care. They don’t want to
    take back their car or find an alternative for me.
    According to the law In New Brunswick, the Consumer Product Warranty & Liability Act gives consumers the right to seek recourse from a distributor (not applicable for private sale) for goods that are found to be defective or did not live up to the dealer’s promise or the buyer’s expectations. Under this legislation, a merchant is not able to opt out any protection in the Act. ( financial consumer protection gave it to me). I don’t want to take legal action without dealing with BBC first.
