    If you are thinking of calling this business, think twice!! We had a bad experience with the owner not returning our calls and severely over charging us. Our water pump stopped working on Canada Day. Ian came out right away, he was with his wife. He identified the problem and long story and a lot of money later her repaired it. He told my husband and I that he was going to take it easy on us with the cost because my husband did almost all of the labor and our neighbor did all the digging with his backhoe, so his company did very little. Ian the owner, also offered my husband a job with him, saying that he saw how fast he caught on and how hard of a worker he is. *LL LIES!! He got us to do all his work and then charged us out the ***. He charged us $500 for an emergency call being Canada Day and $300 more for HIS fee and then the cost of everything else. $2600 later we had water and a new tank. My husband made many , many , many efforts to call, txt and email him regarding his employment offer and he ignored each and all efforts. Fast forward to today- the water just stopped working. Being that he was here only 6-7 months ago I called to see about warranty or something. He told me he could not make it out until Monday< today being Saturday. Who can go 2-3 days without water. *nd that the visit wouldn't be cheep. He has our hands tied as there is only 2 companies here on the Island doing this type of work. He is a scam. I don't know what to do
