    I went to her store to get some eye glasses. I ordered 2 pairs as it was supposed to be a two for one.
    One pair for reading and one pair for distance. I couldn’t afford to have the bifocals put in because I’m a single mom with a kid going to university in the fall. My insurance covered $210 and I payed 147 out of my own pocket. After about 3 weeks she told me she could only get one pair of them. She told me to come pick out another pair. I didn’t like any of the others and the two pairs I ordered were the same frames. It was the only ones I saw that I liked for the price I could afford. I told her a refund would be better for me because I needed the two pairs. She was rude and told me I would lose a 70 fee. I wasn’t aware that this could happen. She did not tell me this at all. My sister was with me. She went on to tell me that was not her fault but I replied that it most certainly wasn’t my fault. I paid for something I didn’t get and she took my money. Today I got a cheque minus 57 dollars. She didn’t even refund back to my insurance. She sent their portion to me as well which is kind of like fraud. I can’t have money from blue cross and not have eyewear. I contacted blue cross and I’m sending the cheque back to them and blue cross will contact her. I don’t feel that I should lose money for a mistake they clearly made.
